 2 cans of tuna
 1 red onion
 3 stalks of celery
 3 dill pickle spears
 ¼ cup chopped parsley
 ¼ cup greek yogurt
 2 tbsp light mayo
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 black pepper

Dice your veggies an drain your tuna well.


Mix all of ingredients together and serve with vegetable dippers, on whole wheat crackers or cheese crisps.
