 1 lb chicken, diced
 1 packet taco seasoning
 1 cup cooked quinoa
 1 cup cauliflower rice
 2 tsp minced cilantro
 1 avocado
 ½ cup black beans
 ½ cup cooked corn
 ¼ cup sliced green onions
 ½ cup chopped tomatoes
 1 cup southwest ranch dressing

Cook your chicken with the taco seasoning and set aside to cool.

Mix your prepared cauliflower rice and quinoa and add it to the bottom of your bowl.

Add 1/6 of your cilantro, diced avocado, beans, corn, green onions, tomatoes.

Add your chicken.

Now drizzle your dressing on the top.
