Roasted Squash

Yields4 Servings

 2 acorn squash
 2 tsp. olive oil
 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 1/2 tsp salt
 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 350F.


Cut your squash in half and remove the seeds.


Slice the squash into 1 inch slices.


Toss in oil, cinnamon, salt and pepper.


Roast in the oven until tender. Mine took about 30 minutes.
