 2 tsp natural peanut butter
 1 egg
 2 tsp sugar free vanilla instant pudding mix
 1 tbsp oat flour
 1 packet of splenda
 1 tbsp greek yogurt
 pinch of salt
 ½ tsp vanilla
 whip cream and sugar free jam to garnish

Mix all ingredients well in a seperate cup.


Spray another cup lightly with non-stick cooking spray.


Microwave for 30 seconds at a time.


This one took 90 seconds. You do not want to overcook your cake, or it will be dry.


I topped it with whip cream and sugar free blackberry jam.
