PB Protein Muffins

Yields12 Servings

 1 cup natural pb
 ¾ no sugar added applesauce
 3 eggs
  cup splenda
  cup PB2 (powdered pb)
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp baking soda
 ¼ cup cup oat flour
 ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 oz sugar free chocolate chips
 1 banana

Blend all ingredients in a blender, except chocolate chips.


Pour the mixture into a pan with 12 muffin liners.


Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.


Bake at 325F for about 20 to 25 minutes or the muffins are done in the center.
