Lemon Chicken Skillet

 2 chicken breasts (cut in half)
 ½ lb asparagus
 1 yellow squash
 1 onion
 4 oz mushrooms
 2 cups chicken stock
 3 lemon, juiced
 1 tsp corn starch
 salt and pepper

Cook your chicken well on both sides in the pan.


Remove and add chopped veggies and cook until just done.


Remove veggies and deglaze with chicken stock. Add lemon juice.


Then mix cornstarch with 2 oz water and add. Cook until thick.


Add chicken and veggies back in to cook until done. Season well with salt and pepper.
