Honey Sriracha Meatballs

 1 lb lean turkey
 ¼ cup oats
 1 egg
 ¼ cup diced onions
 ¼ cup diced bell pepper
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 ¼ cup sriracha
 3 tsp soy sauce
 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
 3 tsp sugar free honey alternative
 1 tsp minced garlic
 1 tsp minced ginger
 sesame seeds for garnish

Mix all of your meatball ingredients into a bowl.

Form into 16 small meatballs.

Bake on 350F for 25 minutes.

Mix all of your sauce ingredients in a pan and toss the meatballs once they are cooked.

Top with sesame seeds.

Serve over cauliflower rice or with a vegetable stir fry.
