Healthy Ramen Bowl

 16 oz. zucchini noodles
 16 oz cooked chicken (thinly sliced)
 4 cups ramen broth
 2 hard boiled eggs
 1 cup thinly sliced purple cabbage
 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
 1 tsp sriracha sauce
 2 tsp soy sauce
 chopped cilantro for garnish

Cut your zoodles to your desired thickness. 


Warm your ramen broth with the soy and sriracha. 


Place ¼ of your noodles in each bowl. 


Add ½ hard boiled egg, ¼ of the chicken and ¼ of each of your vegetables to each bowl. 


Pour the very hot broth over each bowl and top with cilantro.
