You can either leave your tuna raw or lightly seer it on both sides. Dice it into bite size pieces. If you choose another protein just prepare them accordingly.
Layer the bowl, rice in the bottom, vegetables and meat on top.
Stir your yogurt, lime juice and sriracha to make your sauce. Drizzle it over the bowl. Top with sesame seeds.
