Grilled Chicken

Yields4 Servings

 4 chicken breasts
 1 lemon, juiced
 1 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer
 2 cloves of garlic
 1 tbsp olive oil
 salt and pepper

Trim fat from chicken

Beat it with a meat mallet until it is 1' thick all of the way across

Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken

Allow to marinate in the fridge for 8 hours

Get your grill VERY hot then reduce heat

Grill about 5 minutes on each side, only allowing the internal temperature to reach 165.  Overcooked chicken is DRY chicken!
