Garlic Sauteed Zucchini

Yields4 Servings

 1 lb zucchini
 3 cloves of minced garlic
 1 tsp olive oil
 salt and pepper

Dice your zucchini into small pieces. Toss it in the garlic, salt and pepper.


Get a pan very hot. Add oil. Add zucchini.


Seer quickly and toss or stir often. Cook just until softened. I like to leave mine a little firm.
