Mix your cumin, chili powder and salt and rub it onto your fish.
Sear your fish in a hot pan, coated with non-stick cooking spray. Just until the fish is cooked through.
Layer 1/4 of your shredded cabbage, fish, sliced avocado, tomatoes and green onions in each bowl.
Mix your yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce and taco seasoning together to make your dressing.
Drizzle each bowl with dressing and serve.
