Cut your cabbage into 1 inch pieces.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with the olive oil.
Toss the cabbage in the salt, pepper, and garlic.
Add 4 oz of water to the bottom of the pan.
Cover with foil and bake at 350F for about 45 minutes or until it is tender.
