Chicken Fajita Salad

 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
 2 cups sliced bell peppers
 1 cups sliced onion
 1 head romaine lettuce
 1 avocado, sliced
 2 tbsp olive oil
 4 tbsp lime juice
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp ground cumin
 1 tsp salt

Mix your chicken, onions, peppers, oil, juice, and seasoning in a bowl. 


Cook in a very hot skillet on high heat until your chicken is cooked through. 


Chop your romaine lettuce into bite size pieces. 


Layer your salad onto a plate. 


Serve with avocado, green onions, sour cream, or southwest ranch dressing.
