 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced thinly
 1 onion, sliced
 1 bell pepper, sliced
 2 tsp taco seasoning
 4 eggs
 ½ cup salsa
 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Add your chicken, peppers, and onions to a pan and saute on high heat. 


Add your taco season and stir well.


  Beat 1 egg at a time and cook it like a thin crepe in a non-stick pan. 


Fill each egg with fajita filling and wrap it up. 


Top with salsa and cheese. 


Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
