Mix all of your herbs, salt and pepper.
Cut your carrots in half lengthwise.
Toss the carrots in half of the olive oil.
Then toss them in4 tsp olive oil the seasoning mix.
Get your skillet very hot.
Add the carrots, flat side down.
Allow them to cook until they are charred.
Flip them over and do the other side the same way.
