Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Bariatric Women

 1 bag riced cauliflower (frozen)
 2 eggs
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
 ½ tsp garlic powder
 ¼ cup coconut flour

Cook cauliflower as directed on the package and allow to cool.

Squeeze all of the water out using a kitchen towel.

Add eggs, cheeses, and garlic powder.

Stir and microwave in 30-second intervals until the dough comes together in a ball.

Knead in coconut flour.

On a piece of parchment paper, press your dough out into the desired shape.
