Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine the garlic powder and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 25- 30 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time, until the florets are tender. To make the sauce, in a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve the cauliflower with low carb ranch if you would like.
