Blend all ingredients in a blender until batter is smooth.
Add a small amount of non-stick cooking spray
to a non-stick skillet.
Pour your batter onto the pan in 3-inch circles and cook until you see several bubbles in the batter.
Flip your pancakes and cook the same amount of time on the other side.
This will make 6 small pancakes.
