Baked Chicken Chimichangas

1 lb cooked and diced chicken breast
8 slices of pepperjack cheese
1 packet of taco seasoning
8 low carb tortillas
2 red bell peppers, sliced
Cook your chicken with your taco seasoning.
Place 1/8 of the chicken into each tortilla. Add a slice of cheese on top. Add sliced bell peppers.
Fold each chimichanga into a square, closing them completely.
Bake on 350F for 15 minutes or until crispy.
