Season your pork chops with salt and pepper.
Seer them in a hot pan in a small amount of olive oil, just until they are cooked through.
Remove them from the pan.
Add some olive oil.
Chop your onion and apples into a medium dice.
Toss them in the lemon juice, garlic, cinnamon, and rosemary.
Cook them just until the apples are soft.
Add them to the top of your pork chops.
