Apple Cinnamon Energy Balls

 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  cup almond butter
 ½ cup rolled oats
 ½ cup freeze dried apple slices
 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 to 4 tbsp almond milk

Place all ingredients (except almond milk) into a food processor and pulse 4 to 6 times, beginning to combing the ingredients.


Add 1 tbsp of almond milk at a time, blending in between.


We want the mixture to be just wet enough to hold together.


Do not use more almond milk than you need.


Form into 24 balls and chill in the fridge.
